Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Annabelle's or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on our website at the time of your order applies.

PRICING
All prices are in NZD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will honour the price shown at the time your order is placed.

SHIPPING
We ship New Zealand-wide with Aramex Couriers. Shipping is free on all orders over $100, and orders under $100 have a $10 flat rate. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, because we're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's cost, and we recommend a tracked service. Sale items are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind. To start a return, email shop@annabelles.nz with your order number.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right, including covering return shipping for approved claims.

CANCELLATIONS
We start processing orders as soon as payment is received. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment by emailing shop@annabelles.nz.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Many of our garments are hand block-printed or handmade, so there may be slight variations in colour, print placement and finish. These are part of what makes each piece unique and aren't considered faults.

PRIVACY
We collect your personal information only to process your order, deliver your purchase and provide customer service. We share it only with trusted providers who help us do this (such as payment processors, Aramex, and our website platform), and only to the extent they need it.

We'll only send you marketing emails if you've subscribed to our newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we'll stop sending them straight away.

We handle your information in line with the Privacy Act 2020. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing shop@annabelles.nz.

YOUR RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
