By purchasing from Annabelle's, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice.

PRICING 

  • All prices are expressed in NZD.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We will honour the price for a purchase already in progress.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

  • Annabelle's does not take title to returned items until they arrive at our distribution centre.

  • Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned, subject to authorisation.

  • All products must be checked for breakages due to freight immediately upon delivery and reported to Annabelle's within 24 hours. 

  • If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping company.

  • No refunds or replacements will be given for products damaged or missing in transit.

  • This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, dropped, or broken.

EXCHANGES POLICY

  • Eligibility: we only exchange products that are in their original condition and packaging.

  • Freight costs: customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with making and receiving exchanges.

  • Exclusions: sale items are excluded from exchanges and cannot be exchanged.

If you wish to initiate an exchange, please contact us at shop@annabelles.nz with your order details and reason for the exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We start processing an order as soon as payment is received.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.

  2. Evaluation: we’ll assess your claim and determine if a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

  3. Resolution: if approved, we’ll provide return instructions and cover the shipping for repaired or replaced items.
