Terms & Conditions


By purchasing from Annabelle's, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on our website at the time of your order applies.

PRICING

  • All prices are in NZD.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We will honour the price shown at the time your order is placed.

SHIPPING

  • We ship New Zealand-wide with Aramex Couriers.
  • Shipping is free on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a $10 flat rate.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached, and free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair or marks.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Sale items are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and checking your return.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email us at shop@annabelles.nz with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange. We'll reply with the address to post your item(s) to.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email shop@annabelles.nz within 7 days with your order number, a description of the issue and photos.
  • We'll assess your claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • For approved claims, we'll cover the return shipping.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We start processing orders as soon as payment is received.
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment by emailing shop@annabelles.nz.

YOUR RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
