Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation email. If any details are incorrect or please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If you haven’t received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please email us and we will look into it for you.
All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within 24 hours of the next business days. When your order has left us you will receive an email with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Annabelle's are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
ONLINE ORDER PICK UP
You can also order online and pick up from our store at 5E Havelock Road, Havelock North, Hawke's Bay. We will email or call you once its ready to pick up.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We use Fastway Couriers with a signature required service for all orders throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security purposes. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the courier’s office or depot.
Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Courier delivery is 1-3 business days, depending exactly where your destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of the order.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item. Items are shipped within New Zealand via NZ Couriers. If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference.
Items are shipped to Australia via DHL or NZ Post. Courier delivery is 1-3 business days, depending exactly where your destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of the order. Any taxes, duties, and other incoming customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you live outside of New Zealand or Australia and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
