FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150*. Excludes furniture and bulky items. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you’ve completed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately at shop@annabelles.nz. If you haven’t received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please email us, and we will look into it for you.

ORDER DISPATCH

All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched on public holidays; orders placed on these days will be sent out within 24 hours of the next business day. When your order has left us, you will receive an email with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it, as information will not be available immediately.

FURNITURE SHIPPING

Large furniture items will be booked in and collected from our freight forwarder within 2-3 days, once collected, North Island deliveries take between 3-5 days and South Island 7-10 days.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Annabelle's are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

ONLINE ORDER PICK UP

You can also order online and pick up from our store at 5E Havelock Road, Havelock North, Hawke's Bay. We will email or call you once your order is ready for pick-up.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

  • Nationwide Shipping: $10

  • We use NZ Post & Fastway Couriers service for all orders throughout New Zealand. 

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Courier delivery is 1-3 business days, depending on your destination and requirements. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of the order.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email shop@annabelles.nz, and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Any taxes, duty, or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
