SHIPPING


We ship New Zealand-wide with Aramex Couriers.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100
  • Orders under $100: $10 flat rate
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.
  • Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, and rural addresses can take a little longer.
  • Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? You can return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair or marks

Please note: Sale items are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind.

How to return

  1. Email us at shop@annabelles.nz with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.
  2. Post your item(s) to the address we send you. Return shipping is at your own cost, so we recommend a tracked service, because we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  3. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days, or send out your exchange.

Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email shop@annabelles.nz, and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Any taxes, duty, or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
