  • Do you ship across New Zealand?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $200, excluding furniture. For furniture, please contact us for a quote as shipping costs vary based on location and the size of the piece.

  • What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only available for damaged items. However, you can exchange your purchase for another item, though the cost of return shipping and sending the replacement will be your responsibility.

  • Can I exchange clothing if it doesn’t fit or suit me?

Yes, we accept clothing exchanges. Please note that you are responsible for both the return shipping and the cost of sending the replacement item.

  • Do you offer AfterPay and Layby? 

Yes we do. Both are available on the checkout page to select from. Just have your login details ready to go. Easy. 

  • Do you offer a discount for interior designers?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for interior designers. This cannot be combined with other promotions, such as free shipping, the 10% subscription discount, or sales.

    Monday - Friday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
    Saturday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
    Sunday: CLOSED
    • Do you sell gift vouchers? 

    Yes we do. Choose any amount and email directly to yourself or the recipient. You can also add a personal message. Click here to purchase a voucher now.

    • Where are Annabelle’s products from? 

    We travel, handpick, and design all our beautiful products just for you. They come from India, Indonesia, China, and other carefully selected locations.

    • Do you offer click and collect from the store?
