In September last year I set off on another buying trip - an adventure that started with a in Beijing. From there, I boarded a bullet train to another province to visit one of my suppliers. I spent a few days selecting furniture and homewares. Next stop: Shanghai. I visited one of the biggest furniture fairs, where I discovered fantastic new suppliers. Every trip is a hunt for the perfect mix of textures, colours, and unique one off pieces, and this container does not disappoint!
After the usual shipping delays, the 20ft container finally landed at our warehouse in early January - unpacking it felt like revealing a chest of hidden gems! With all the new stock, I got to work re-merchandising the shop, stripping everything back and refreshing the space with our latest arrivals.
